What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations automatically forfeit the deposit. No-shows may be required to pay a higher deposit or full payment upfront for future bookings.Your answer here.

Are kids or extra guests allowed?

No. For safety and to keep the salon calm, no children or extra guests are allowed unless they are being serviced.

Do I need a deposit to book?

Yes. A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. It goes toward your total balance.

Can I reschedule my appointment?

Yes. You may reschedule once with proper notice (24–48 hours depending on your policy) without losing your deposit.

What happens if I’m late?

Clients more than 10–15 minutes late may have to reschedule and will forfeit their deposit.
